A couple posts down, I'm pictured with my childhood hero, Ratboy. He's a legend and irreplaceable, no one will argue that, but I think the modern day equivalent might be Troy Merkle. I've watched this vid so much I figured I should just post it here.
If that spot in the last clip is where I think it is, I'm impressed. It looks like a spot in Dayton (I think) where I tried grinding one of the top rails like he did, but had to eject off the bike to avoid hitting the next rail which he apparently has no problem hopping onto. That rail was faaaaast. Troy's got moves.

ReplyDeleteI always love watching that guy ride. I like that he's somewhat sketchy but still smooth and in control.
